Who we are
About Tẹ́tí
Tẹ́tí was not built in a boardroom. It was built from experience.
Three disciplines. Three deeply personal encounters with the journey of womanhood, and a shared conviction that the support women deserve during pregnancy, birth, and motherhood should be clinical, compassionate, and continuous.
We are a midwife, a psychologist, and a pharmacist. We have sat with women in labour rooms, in therapy rooms, and in consultation rooms. We have watched women navigate one of the most profound transitions of their lives with too little information, too much misinformation, and not nearly enough of the right support at the right time.
Tẹ́tí exists to change that.
Why Tẹ́tí?
Tẹ́tí is a Yoruba word. It means listen.
We chose it because listening is where everything begins. Before the guidance, before the evidence, before the plan, a woman needs to feel genuinely heard. That is the foundation of everything we build at Tẹ́tí.
We are evidence-based because women deserve clinical rigour, not guesswork. We are multidisciplinary because no single profession holds the whole picture. And we are personal because we have all lived versions of this journey ourselves.
From preconception to postpartum and every tender moment in between Tẹ́tí is here.
We’re a small team with big ideas and a passion for doing things well.
MEET THE TEAM!-
Jennifer is an experienced pharmacist whose career has spanned a range of healthcare settings across the UK. Through her work, she has developed a strong commitment to patient-centred care, supporting individuals to better understand their health and feel confident in the decisions they make about their wellbeing.
Her professional expertise is shaped not only by her clinical training but also by personal and family experiences of the gaps that can exist in postnatal care. These experiences have deepened her passion for improving maternal health and ensuring that women receive the thoughtful, coordinated support they need during and after pregnancy.
Jennifer brings extensive knowledge of medication management, patient education, and healthcare systems to her work. At Tẹtí, she plays a key role in ensuring that pharmaceutical care is integrated safely and thoughtfully within a wider model of maternal wellbeing. With both professional insight and personal understanding, Jennifer is dedicated to helping create services that support mothers with clarity, compassion, and respect for their individual journeys.
Our People

Falilat is a registered midwife with over ten years of progressive clinical leadership across the UAE, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. She holds a BSc in Midwifery from Trinity College Dublin and has built her career at the intersection of direct clinical practice and systems-level improvement, designing antenatal education programmes, developing clinical guidelines aligned with WHO and international accreditation standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives across high-volume, multicultural maternity settings.
Both as a healthcare professional and as a mother, Falilat understands that the quality of care a woman receives during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period shapes not just her health but her entire experience of becoming a mother. She has spent a decade watching women fall through the gap, and Tẹ́tí is her answer to that gap.
At Tẹ́tí, Falilat brings clinical depth, global perspective, and a personal conviction that every woman deserves expert, evidence-based support, not just at the moments the system notices, but throughout the whole journey.
